fh2odg software package provides Freehand to OpenDocument converter, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fh2odg
fh2odg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fh2odg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fh2odg *
You will get with fh2odg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
